Structure composed by structural posts sized 200x120mm, made of 3mm S235Jgrade Steel; Anchoring posts sized 300x300mm, made of 10mm S235Jgrade steel, with pilot holes for anchoring to the ground or to anchors; Casings and surface details made of laser-cut, 3–10mm S235J-grade steel; Seating made of 19mm two-colour HDPE, with UV-proof pigmentation, rounded edges, and non-slip textured surface; Handles sized 40mm, made of 2mm S235J-grade steel; Frame made of 3mm S235J-grade steel tubing sized 50x30mm.; Steel bearings sized 37mm, in watertight casings; Vibration damper and limit stop sized 50mm and made of rubber, with M10 threaded stud.

Assembly system with 8.8 galvanized steel bolts and self- locking nuts. Nut caps made of engineering plastic as required by law.

Finishing of fitness equipment: sandblasting, protective primer, bed-dip coating in grey and black RILSAN.
Finishing of structural posts: sandblasting, cold galvanizing, RAL 9005 powder coating.
