Structure made of aluminium alloy EN AW 6060 and of painted electro galvanized steel. Rocking beam in aluminium alloy EN AW 6060 section 90x90 mm, equipped with 4 seats in coloured stratified bilaminate HPL 15 mm thick. Shaped panels in coloured stratified bilaminate HPL 8 mm thick supporting the handles in coloured nylon, as required by law. The oscillation mechanism is allowed through a fulcrum on teflon bearing and consists of a hot-dip galvanized central steel frame with posts section Ø 89 mm and shaped brackets section Ø 60 mm. Two damping devices made of fabric-reinforced rubber positioned at both ends of the beam. Assembly system with 8.8 galvanized steel bolts and self- locking nuts. Coloured nylon cap nuts as required by law. Polyethylene post caps. Polyester powder coating at 180°C. with very high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays. Hot-dip galvanized steel brackets for ground anchoring system.
