Structure composed by structural posts sized 200x120mm, made of 3mm S235J-grade steel. Anchoring posts sized 300x300mm, made of 10mm S235J-grade steel, with pilot holes for anchoring to the ground or to anchors. Casings and surface details made of laser-cut, 3–10mm S235J-grade steel. Flywheel casing boxed in 14mm plain green HDPE, with UV-proof pigmentation and rounded edges. Flywheel casing sealed with a 1mm plate of SAE 304 stainless steel. Ball spline assembly for disc rotation, with steel bearings sized 48mm, in watertight casings. Handles made of black polyethylene, sized 25mm x 15mm.
Assembly system with 8.8 galvanized steel bolts and self- locking nuts. Nut caps made of engineering plastic as required by law.
Finishing of fitness equipment: sandblasting, protective primer, bed-dip coating in grey and black RILSAN.
